AI Coach organizes your training results on this site and helps you choose what to practice next. Start by training and saving results. Once you have enough comparable records, use trends and reports to understand your performance.
What does AI Coach help with?
- Review accuracy, target-switching time, tracking performance, and reaction time.
- Compare several rounds under the same conditions to understand averages and consistency.
- Use a report to identify a training focus, then create a recommended plan.
It uses training data from this site. It does not inspect match footage or results from other games, and improvements here do not automatically prove improvements in matches.
Records, reports, and plans
| Item | What it contains | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Training history | Saved results and conditions for individual rounds | After training, to confirm results were saved |
| Reports | A statistical summary, with AI explanations when available | After collecting comparable rounds |
| Plans | An ordered sequence of exercises | Before training or after reading a report |
You do not need an AI report to start basic training.
Training records and coach history
Training records shows saved scores, end reasons, durations, and dates. Use it to quickly check a round's result. Coach training history shows session status, training conditions, and detailed metrics. Use it to review performance and collect analysis samples.
When a round has both a saved score and coach details, the two entries are linked. The coach history link in Training records opens the matching round. Coach history also shows the linked score and provides a link back to its training record.
Some exercises appear only in coach history, and older records may have no link. A missing link does not mean the round was not saved; check the relevant page to confirm.
Your first session
1. Sign in and open AI Coach
Open AI Coach. Sign in to save training records and plan progress to your account.
2. Choose difficulty
On Basic training, choose easy, medium, or hard. Medium is the default. If the controls are unfamiliar, start with easy and move up when you can complete rounds comfortably.
The selection applies to newly created plans. Existing plans keep their original difficulty; create a new plan to change it.
3. Start basic training
Choose Basic training and follow the start / continue prompts. The assessment provides a reference for your current performance.
Basic training contains one round each of precision, double-shot, and target tracking. One assessment does not provide enough samples for a full analysis. Repeat plans at the same difficulty to collect more records.
Plan parameters stay fixed during training. Finish each exercise, rest when prompted, and continue. Skipped steps do not count as evidence of improvement.
4. Confirm cloud saving
After each round, check the cloud save status. Once saving succeeds, open Coach training history to review conditions and metrics. For exercises that save a score record, you can also confirm the score in Training records. A result visible on screen is not necessarily saved to your account.
If cloud saving fails, restore your connection, choose Retry, and check history again. Resolve saving problems before relying on those rounds as analysis samples.
Submitting a score again for the same round reuses its saved record. Scores and coach details have separate save operations, so a successful save in one view does not confirm that both were saved. Check the save status for each.
5. Collect records, then generate a report
Initial analysis needs at least five complete rounds under the same conditions. A before-and-after comparison needs at least five samples on each side.
For example, five medium precision rounds provide more useful evidence than one round in each of five different conditions. A data-insufficient message after your first basic training session is expected.
For AI explanations, open Training analysis and generate a report directly. Basic plans and statistics also remain available at any time.
Keep your results comparable
A large target is easier to hit than a small one, and touch input differs from a mouse. AI Coach groups results by training mode, difficulty, parameters, and other conditions instead of mixing unlike rounds.
Keep your device, window size, sensitivity, and difficulty consistent while collecting samples. Finish each round. Changing difficulty creates a different comparison group; earlier records remain, but the new group needs its own samples.
Use reports to decide what comes next
Read the training direction, supporting metric, and sample count before the explanation. If a report focuses on target-switching time, open Targeted plans to create a recommended plan for that skill. Your selected difficulty applies to the new plan.
For a quick session, use Warm-up training and choose five or ten minutes. These are short sequences of exercises and rest, rather than five or ten minutes in every mode.
After a plan, check its review. If samples are insufficient, continue comparable training. A review describes observed changes; it does not prove the plan caused them.
Common questions
Why do I see a basic report instead of AI analysis?
The site may not have an AI service configured, the service may have failed, or comparable data may be insufficient. Basic statistics and plans remain available. Collect more complete rounds if the report says data is insufficient.
Do interrupted rounds count?
History may include interrupted or recovered records. These are not equivalent to normally completed, comparable rounds. Use complete, successfully saved rounds when building your sample set.
Can I keep generating reports?
There are at most three generation attempts in a rolling 24-hour window, including retries. Add training records before generating again; repeated generation does not add evidence.
What data is shared?
Analysis sends aggregated training statistics, excluding your name, email, payment information, and mouse trajectories.
Coach training data, reports, and plans are retained for up to 365 days. Trends use the most recent 90 days. Deleting coach data removes coach details and their linked display; independently saved scores remain available in Training records.
Start today
Open Basic training, choose a difficulty, complete the session, and confirm every round was saved. Keep training under the same conditions. Once you have enough records, use Training analysis to choose your next focus.
