New to aim training? You do not need a perfect setup or a high score to begin. Open the trainer, start with an easy mode, and focus on smooth, accurate clicks. Your first few sessions are just about learning the rhythm.
1. Start a session
From the main menu, select Play. You will see five training modes. Pick Left for your first session: it has the most forgiving reaction window and lets you get comfortable with the pace.
You can choose a mode with the mouse or arrow keys, then press Space or Enter to start.
2. Hit the target when it appears
In a round, targets appear one at a time. Move your crosshair onto the target and click it as cleanly as you can. Each successful hit extends your streak; a miss ends it.
Do not rush your first clicks. Accuracy first, then speed. A calm, deliberate motion teaches your hand more than frantic flicking.
3. Read the feedback
Keep an eye on three things after each attempt:
- Score is your current streak.
- Best score shows your personal record for the selected mode.
- Reaction time appears after hits in milliseconds. Lower is faster, but only compare it with your own recent sessions.
Try to improve one small thing at a time. For example, aim for one more hit than yesterday before worrying about faster reaction times.
4. Use a beginner-friendly routine
Start with a short routine you can repeat:
- Play Left for 5 minutes.
- Play Right for 5 minutes once Left feels comfortable.
- Take a one-minute break, then play one final focused round.
Ten to fifteen focused minutes, three to five times per week, is more useful than one exhausting marathon. Stop when your aim becomes tense or careless.
5. Adjust the game to fit you
Open Settings from the menu or pause screen to tune your experience. You can change the crosshair style, color, and size, toggle the bullet trail, choose the weapon side, and set the volume. Use a crosshair you can see clearly without it covering the target.
Once Left and Right feel consistent, try Oni, then Expert and Hell. Higher modes shorten the reaction window, so move up when you can stay composed—not only when you get one lucky score.
6. Save your progress
You can train right away without an account. If you sign in, your best scores and training records can be saved, making it easier to see your progress over time.
The best way to start is simple: press Play, choose Left, and complete one relaxed five-minute session today. Welcome—your next target is waiting.
